Our talented team of neuromarketing experts at Split Second Research can be found all around the world. We have offices in the UK, Brazil, and Singapore and an amazing development team in the Philippines.

Dr. Eamon Fulcher
CEO & Co-founder Eamon is a cognitive psychologist who has worked in neuromarketing for 15 years, after having worked in academia for 25 years. His PhD was in the field of neural networks from Imperial College London University.

Prof Gemma Calvert
Co-founder Gemma is a professor of neuromarketing based in Singapore. Formerly a scientist at Oxford University and Psychology Chair at Warwick University, she is an internationally renowned neuroscientist and pioneer of neuromarketing.

Geraldine Trufil
COO & Co-founder Geraldine has a background in engineering, an MSc in environmental waste management, and project management experience with The Transport Research Lab, Crowthorne. Geraldine also manages Split Second Software Services, our programming corporation in the Philippines.

Mark Webster
Chairman, Non-Executive Director Mark is a seasoned brand, marketing and communications professional, with over 25 years’ executive leadership as former Chairman & CEO of JWT in Hong Kong. Mark was named as one of the “20 most influential Brits abroad” by Campaign.

Chloe Arangath
Research Director Chloe has a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London, with experience at behavioural science consultancies including Neurofied B.V. and the Institute for Neuromarketing & IP. At Split Second Research, she focuses on the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and marketing, helping brands make smarter and more effective decisions through behavioural science insights.
